The PTA
The Parents and Teachers Association (PTA) aims to enrich the lives of pupils at Meridian primary school, and their parents/carers. We do this by running events, and asking for voluntary donations via our JustGiving page. We spend the money raised in consultation with the teachers (find out more about our Money spent and fundraising priorities).
Please help us by registering with Easy fundraising, so that we get money when you spend in shops.
We organise and advertise our events through Whatsapp groups (find out more).
We also run an ongoing nearly new uniform sale, and one of the parents developed Meridian Mathlympics which is an excel spreadsheet designed to help children's mental arithmetic.

We are a Registered Charity (No 1118780) as we have an annual income in excess of £5,000 and as such are registered with the Charity Commission. Being a Registered Charity gives us other benefits including being able to apply for Gift Aid, to raise funds from relevant grant giving trusts and local businesses and to take advantage of charity matched giving schemes.
