Yesterday, a team of year 5 and year 6 children, (Libby, Josh H., Jess, Joseph S., Millie and Jonah) went along to Barton C of E Primary School to take part in an afternoon of Maths – solving puzzles and quizzes. They joined together with some of the other local schools for this mission. They all thoroughly enjoyed their time. |

We were treated to a wonderful musical variety at this year’s summer concert last night. It was a lovely evening and all the children played and sang beautifully displaying such talent! Thank you to Mrs Rapley, Miss Sands and Mrs Talbot (music teacher and parent governor) for organising this concert and preparing the children so well for performance. |

The children have now finished their week of testing. They have had fun afternoons full of activities. Thank you to the PTA and all the parent helpers for making this possible. They enjoyed a fantastic outing to Extreme 360. |

Our most recent team event happened yesterday. Esme, Freya, Joseph and Sam from year 5 went along to the local schools Maths Challenge competition. Ten schools took part, and with only two points from the top spot, our Y5 team came joint second. The children were commended for their performance in the ‘estimation’ round. Well done! We now await to hear if their scores will take them to the final round. |

Our year Y5 and Y6 netball team played exceptionally well at the County Netball Final at Impington Village College on Wednesday afternoon. It was an achievement just to be in the final competition. All teams were highly competitive. Overall, they came 8th in the county. Well done Emily, Tia, Connie, Millie, Annie, Hannah, Connor and Rufus. |

Well done to our Y5 and Y6 players, who won 4-2 in the recent match against Barton C of E School which took place on Monday after school. Great play by all. A special mention to Ahrel, Joseph, Kyle and Stephan, our goal scorers! |

Our year 2 children thoroughly enjoyed taking part in the tennis festival yesterday morning. Twelve schools took part, over 400 Y2 children! They were excellent ambassadors for the school. |
